In Network Insurance Coverage

KM Speech therapy is a practicing provider with Kaiser Panorama City Hospital.

Out of Network Insurance Coverage:

If we are not in-network with your insurance provider, payment will be collected at the time of service. We will provide you with a medical superbill—a standard document that includes the information insurance carriers need to process claims. This form lists the diagnosis (ICD-10) code and procedure (CPT) codes for your visit. You can submit this superbill directly to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. We recommend you follow up with your insurance provider directly to check out of network coverage options.

North Los Angeles County Regional Center

We are contracted providers with the North Los Angeles County Regional Center through the infant development program. We provide both speech and language services for treatment and evaluation as well as child development services in both the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley. Our dynamic team of speech therapists and child development therapists complete speech/language and developmental evaluations in both English and Spanish.
