At KM Speech Therapy, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to communicate, connect, and grow—and that the clinicians supporting them deserve the same. We are a bilingual pediatric speech therapy practice serving families across the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley, and we absolutely love the work we do.

Our team is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply committed to clinical excellence. Whether we’re supporting early intervention (0–3), school-aged speech and language, AAC users, or gestalt language processors, we focus on the whole child and on building genuine partnerships with families.

As a team member at KM Speech Therapy, you’re never “just another therapist.” You are valued, supported, and encouraged to grow. We prioritize mentorship, high-quality supervision, ongoing training, and a warm culture where everyone feels seen and appreciated. From our SLPs and SLPAs to our Child Development Therapists and administrative team, we work together with respect, clear communication, and a shared mission.

If you’re a clinician who celebrates small victories, thrives in a supportive environment, and wants to make a meaningful impact in children’s lives, KM Speech Therapy is a place where you will truly shine.
